1. Serviceable regions

We ship sowing seeds to pin codes across India served by our courier partners. Orders to unserviceable locations are cancelled with a full refund.

3. Estimated transit times

• Tier-1 cities: 1–3 business days
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote or hilly regions: 5–8 business days

4. Packing standards

Seed packs are foil-sealed and placed in rigid outer cartons. We recommend unboxing promptly and storing packets cool and dry until sowing.

5. Tracking

Tracking details are shared by email and available under Track & Support once your order is dispatched. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather or courier capacity.
